What does verification mean on ABAcases?

Before a provider gets a Verified badge, our team checks their BACB credential number against the public BACB registry. When a provider has an NPI on file, we also pull their license state(s) from the federal NPPES registry as added corroboration. Verification reflects credential status — ABAcases does not run background checks, so screening, references, and interviews remain your responsibility. Every applicant card shows exactly what has been confirmed.

Can I search for providers, or only receive applicants?

Both. Providers apply to the cases you post, and on the Pro plan you can also open the local provider map to see who's in range and message a provider directly. On any plan, you can send an Invite to Apply to a specific provider. All messaging runs through the platform until you connect.

Can I filter candidates by language, experience, and location?

Yes. Filter by credential (RBT, BCBA, BCaBA), verified status, language (Spanish, Haitian Creole, and more), skills and specialties, client age group, service setting (home, school, clinic, community, or remote), years of experience, and distance or travel radius.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?

No contract. Pro is month-to-month — cancel anytime from your Billing page. Your plan stays active through the period you've already paid for, then moves to the Starter plan. No cancellation fee and no lockout.

What does Starter cost?

Every case slot on Starter is $29/month, no credit card required to start (a slot frees up whenever you fill or close a case, so you can post as many cases as you want over time). Initial Promo: sign up now and your first 2 case slots are free through December 31, 2026. Starter includes the full apply-to-hire pipeline, in-app messaging with every applicant, case notes, and basic analytics. Pro ($149/month, or $119/month billed annually) adds 10 listing slots, the provider supply map, automated match alerts, full analytics, and bulk import.

Is today's price locked in?

Today's pricing is the price now — not a locked-in guarantee. As the marketplace grows, prices may rise. If you want to hold today's rate, choose annual billing: paying for a year locks your price for that full year.
